Ameesha went on to speak about Hrithik's low phase after his debut hit and revealed that he used to be depressed after giving back to back flops as people started calling him a 'one-hit wonder'. During a recent conversation with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Ameesha Patel revealed that she maintains a close connection with Bollywood's Greek God, Hrithik Roshan. Beyond that, she also emphasized her amicable relationship with Rakesh Roshan, who had sent her a heartwarming message to extend congratulations for her role in Gadar 2. Addressing her KNPH co-star’s challenging phase, she expressed her concern upon witnessing him facing criticism. She elaborated on how people started making unfavourable comparisons of him with other actors which made him mentally disturbed.
Being a true admirer of the 49-year-old, Ameesha also recalled the time she got to know about the announcement of Rakesh Roshan's Koi Mil Gaya. This is the time she was so sure that the actor is going to make a strong comeback.
